Kentucky Silk Pie _________________ MERRINGUE SHELL: 4 egg whites, stiffly beaten 1 c sugar, add slowly 1 t vanilla 1/8 t cream of tartar Form into one large shell or into smaller individual shells on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour. Leave in oven for 1 hour.
